OEM CO2-module for your capnometer
End tidal carbon dioxide is an important and valuable measure of how the patient is doing. Many areas are placing stiff new requirements on the ability to measure EtCO2 e.g. in ambulances and on the wards.
The MACO2 module measures carbon dioxide and is intended for use as a side stream capnometer. With the module you can easily extract EtCO2, FiCO2, Respiratory Rate and CO2 curve continuously.
MACO2 stands for safe, accurate and high quality in carbon dioxide measurement. Measurement is made within a tiny chamber which makes it possible to sample small flows of air and still have good response on measurement. It is a small, light module with low power consumption.
MACO2 is supplied with a brushless pump which is based on well-known technology that guarantees finest quality and a very long lifetime. An exchangeable filter in moisture trap protects the sensor from moisture and enables unique consumables. It has very few moving parts due to very stable NDIR technology. Ultimately this is a low-maintenance and very cost efficient product.
